When IWC released the Big Pilot in 2002 they boldly pioneered the big watch and created an instant legend. At 46.2 mm it was (and remains) a stoic beast, an irresistibly confident force. To this day, the deceptively simple design and concept is often imitated, but never bettered.

In this ‘Mark I’ version I’ve created a comprehensive database of every Big Pilot manufactured with a specific model number. Here anyone can search by a multitude of attributes including dial colour, movement, case material, and special edition.
